I recently had a problem with one of the server i was renting out. Within 5 min of a support tickets was send, they replied and repaired the problem. I'll always use these servers for games and voice comm.

Always brought our TeamSpeak server for our gaming community from Multiplay. Fast to set up, no hassle and really fast customer service.

They responding so fast and this is what i wait from a provider.

For whatever reason the location i had chosen to host was full, I submitted a ticket explaining two alternates would be acceptable, Multiplay responded to my ticket and switched me. This all took maybe 10 minutes. I've suffered through days of downtime before and this was refreshing! Great company!

Still the best provider ive been through for both customer relations and server support 6 stars given keep up the good work guys

They are answering whenever you want. Just try ! then you will be satisfied with Multiplay. Good Enough to manage game servers!
