I purchased a day of defeat source public server and got a normal server with no mod installed. I installed the mod by myself and still the server was not being found in the game. And they did not refund my payment when i told them about the problem.

Over the last 6 years I have owned many servers, all through Multiplay. It started back in 2011 with Minecraft Beta in a 10 player slot. It cost me £18 for 3 months and I charged my school friends £3 each to join, making tidy profit. I then went on to use Multiplay again for another minecraft server in 2013, this time using the mods available (Tekkit) for just 5 of us. It was easy to use and configure. Never had a problem. Then since 2015 I have used multiplay for multiple Teamspeak servers, both used for work and privately with friends for gaming. For the last 2 years I have only had ONE unexpected outage of my service. This for £12 a year is insanely good value. Sure you might find somewhere else for £0.30 less per month, but can you guarantee the quality? Probably not. Since 2016 I've used multiplay for another vanilla minecraft server (for nostalgia), CS:GO for team practice and even Terraria for some friends who didn't know how to set it up. I've never had a problem, its always been fairly priced, the service is easy to cancel if you don't wish to continue and their customer service have always responded quickly.

Just everything you want for a server! Wonderful service and wonderful helpdesk.

Great for teamspeak

You should provide warnings for long term subscriptions that the subscription is coming due.
