I've hardly had any unexpected issues with my server which has been up for around 6 months. I've had a few issues, but they're to be expected. Competitive prices and a great company.

Prices are good. Servers are stable. Easy addons andre Great service. If i ever rent another server it Will be here again

I live In Australia and it is common knowledge our current internet infrastructure is antiquated (albeit currently undergoing a major upgrade) and thus for gamer's an average ping of 250ms is not uncommon...not to mention that over 80% of gaming related servers and websites are located in other countries so finding Multiplay Gamerservers has been a refreshing experience. From my very first contact,the Multiplay crew have been extremely polite and understanding of my ping issues and their support service whenever I have an issue thus far is second to none...The response time whenever I submit a support ticket is fast...faster than any other competitors support service I have encountered, thus potential server downtime is minimum...Keep up the great work girls and guys :)

I bought a teamspeak server from Multiplay and I have had no problems with it apart from the rare outage caused by maintenence which is to be expected.
