Fast and personal responses on support tickets. Some people complain on the lack of french service - I'm not even going to make a comment on that... I've been with Multiplay for over 3 years and they've been overall excellent. No spam. They've even adjusted my prices down automatically, not that I had any problems with paying what I already did. Some people comment you don't get the default port, but this makes perfect sense for a hosting company. Look up SRV-records for your domain to not have to manually add the port number when connecting.
