Their email invoice confirmation and pay pal don't have any resemblance to each other. They charged me for grippers x 2 that I didn't order, the mat is pretty rubbish, no response from muddy mat customer service. Pay pal only got me a refund for one set of grippers. I'm well out of pocket. Buyers beware...

Scam - beware I ordered today and paid via my card and then shortly after 2 x extra unauthorised payments were taken £24.09 each. Have contacted the company and my bank… not happy, not what you need to be spending my Sunday doing. DO NOT USE

Charge you ridiculous 'handling charges' for free items offered to you. They arent free and you end up tripling your postage costs. I have odd transactions sitting in pending with my bank but they don't seem to no anything about. Do not buy from these people.

Did not complete my purchase as shipping was too expensive but was still charged and my money taken without my consent. After contacting customer services I was informed I would be charged for shipping to return something I did not buy, this company is unethical and should be avoided

Do not buy from this company , it’s a scam!! I ordered 1 muddy mat and was charged to my card but I then found a further charge for 3 more mats that I never ordered!! I contacted customer services and they offered me £100 credit to keep the mats. After i refused and requested a refund they proceeded to delay by offering various discounts to keep the order. Even after i refused the delivery they persisted to make discount offers and I spent a great deal of time emailing and in the end I had to get my bank involved in the dispute. The company finally refunded my money but I would urge people not to order from this company!

I have had real issues with this outfit, was offered $100 which I spent, items never arrived, complained, then they offered to send again, nothing - Are this Company even legit ??????? My experience was that once it goes outside of PayPals date for placing a complaint they ignore all attempts to resend any items - they shall promise $100 compensation which you spend but the items NEVER arrive - It is my intention to ensure that NO other Customer shall get caught out like I have - I will never buy another item off them !!!!! I highly recommend you do not purchase and do not believe the offer of Compensation!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FARCE. If I could give zero stars I would. This company are an absolute joke. SCAMMERS. Ordered in December 2 x medium muddy mats, somehow the checkout process added on rug grippers that I didn’t want and express postage costs without being given an option to delete them. Add to that the company is in the US so taxes were also added. Messaged them as my order was about £30 more than I was expecting to pay. They couldn’t cancel the order and refused to refund me, so after several emails and Instagram messages they instead offered a $100 gift card if I stuck with the order. Anyway the mats came quickly (along with the rug grippers which were actually rather useless) so I thought ok I’ll use the voucher as I wasn’t getting anywhere with refunding or returning. So placed an order for the extra large mat and the smallest one to use up the $100 voucher, spending approx £2 extra to cover all costs. Placed order 17th December, it’s now 19th February and after 6 instagram messages and about 15 emails I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. They keep fobbing me off with a standard reply pretty much the same wording each time using excuses and saying it’ll be shipped within 24-48 hours and supplying a tracking code that funnily enough always says label created (but never received by fedex!). THIS COMPANY LIES TO YOU, USES EXCUSES AND CLEARLY HAS NO INTENTION OF OFFERING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have looked at the US process to report them to the relevant authorities such as Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection Office, along with the Better Business Bureau and threatened this in an email but they clearly couldn’t care less, as I just received more pathetic excuses. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will not recommend them to anyone and will actively comment as such on all their social media channels. UPDATE: my perseverance with emails and threats eventually paid off as my gift card order finally turned up today 4th March.

I received the mat which did NOT dry my dogs’ paws as advertised. I invoked their 60 day money back guarantee which says if you are not completely satisfied, just ask for your money back. I did so and they are refusing to pay. Disgusting service, poor product and a deliberately misleading guarantee.
