The bed looks and feels very comfortable! That being said my puppy just wants to show it who’s boss right now, so I’m waiting a bit until she’s a little bit older to try it for an actual bed!

Neither of my dogs has any interest in climbing onto their new mat. They prefer the ones that come with built in ‘nest’.

I liked the communication from Muddy Mats. They keep me informed. I didn't like the "service" of the delivery company that they used. There was NO communication. The mats I received look as described and from feel and examine I believe that they will also work as described.

Have done a great job with quick service except... The mats are absolutely the best. 3 stars only because of my latest large order seems have been hung up in shipping. Hopefully they are addressing this issue.
