I FINALLY got the muddy mats, 2of them. They cost me 85.00. I called and they had charged shipping and heaven knows what else. There is no way I would pay over 40.00 for a small mat to go in front of my door. They offered 30% off which doesn’t even cover shipping costs. Never again!!!!!

I placed my order on December 15th. The tracking number they sent shows the package simply sits in St Paul MN and never moved. So I called the customer service line. They cancelled that order and sent another tracking number. The same thing happened. I have called every week for the past two months. It is always the same run around. This company is a scam.

Like at least 2 other reviewers, I paid for my order, received an email that it was shipped on 12/29, and still have not received my order as of 2/6. I bought 2 rugs with grippers, $190.83.

Ordered mid December. Got a 'shipped' notice Dec 20th. A week later I contacted them saying there was no movement and the shipment had been lost. I was told to wait longer. A week after that I contacted again saying still nothing please refund. I was told to wait again. I emailed again and received a response Jan 4 asking if I wanted to keep waiting or get a refund. I immediately responded refund in full . Jan 11th emailed again saying no refund had been issued. I was told to wait 3-5 days foe the shipping tracking to update! A week later I emailed all 3 emails I had for them to ask for my refund and never received a response. I'm now contesting the charge with my CC. I do, however, continue to get marketing emails....

It’s been 29 days since my order and only a label has been created. Constant runaround from customer service. They refuse to cancel the order and issue a refund. Their policy is to have the order shipped, you send back at your expense, then they will issue a refund once they inspect the product. If the order was shipped I would not be cancelling. This company has an extremely poor business plan and cannot meet their shipping commitments.

I placed my order Dec 11, 2023 and still haven't received it. I have emailed and received order and shipping numbers, but it has never been sent. I finally got through to a person today, and was told they were manufacturing delay. I don't believe it as why would their be a shipping number if it wasn't to be shipped. I sent a follow up email requesting my money back, with not response. I am really disappointed. Now I have to go through the credit card hassle.

When I placed the order it showed it was in stock. I paid for Air since I needed it to arrive before we leave for a month. 2 days after the order was placed I rec'd a tracking number. I have spent 10 days trying to track the order, sent numerous emails with generic replies, left voicemails with no call backs. I finally held long enough today to get a human. Discovered the items have not shipped because 1 item was backordered. Changed to a color they have in stock but was told it would still take another 10 days to get, even with air shipment. CANCELLED the order and I am very disappointed in the whole process!!!

If I could rate them in the negatives, I would. Similar to another customer I ordered/paid more than a month ago, have received 2 tracking numbers (after I called and emailed) and both shipments were cancelled because Muddy Mat never got the shipment to the courier. TWICE! Now they are MIA. Don't bother - can't speak to the product, but the PITA company can't seem to figure out how to ship things. So you'll likely never get it.
