They don't answer the e mails that I have sent. I have been asking about my order. Customer Service is useless.

Do not work at all!!!!! Nothing like the advertisement. They do not stop any moisture or mud or dirt from coming in house. They r ok for a bath mat

Ordered their special buy 2 get 1 free back in December 2024, have called several times asking them where are my mats get same answer every time...they will escalate my orders as of today February 14, 2025 still haven't received my order so I am in contact with my credit card disputuing the charges...don't walk Run fast from this company.

Update: Bed recieved and dogs love it. Terrible customer service. Recieved two different expected delivery dates. After the first occurred the date was move 5 days later. Then when the second occurred it changed to unknown. Called them and their response was it is shipped with no expected delivery date. This is 18 days after order. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

Order placed first week of January. Still waiting . . . I contacted customer service several times and get the same answer. Refunds not available since it already shipped. Wait another 48 -72 hours and you will see movement in shipping status.

I have had the same delivery problems with this company. The product itself may. E wonderful BUT GETTING DELIVERY IS A DEFINTE PROBLEM. Would NEVER do it again. Sorry.

Another scam company! Never got order, did get worthless email from "service rep!" I guess we'll just wait and see if it ever shows up......

They did not ship for over a month though it promises the next week when you originally purchase. I actually called and requested a refund and was told it was too late as the order had been 'processed'. I asked what that meant and the representative was unable to succinctly answer that easy question. I told them I would call two days later to determine the status. Miraculously it shipped. I see there is a special now going on with shipping by the end of the week. Don't you believe it!
