I have bought several of the mats and really like them, but when a company goes political, I'm done. I seen an ad and it said "if your anti tariffs" then... That is political and though I feel everyone is allowed their own opinion, you shouldn't put it in ads. KEEP POLITICS OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS. I'll never order again.

I ordered three mats for a discount price. When it was deducted from my bank account I was charged twice! I added on rug grippers for under $2 I also was charged double for them!! I ordered on April 6th. The update on my order says it has been shipped. I have yet to receive it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I couldn't even find their website.

I purchased the muddy mats dog bed in December, it took over a month to arrive. The cover is held together at the bottom by velcro. That didn't hold for long. The first time I washed the bed the seams ripped in multiple places and my washing machine was full of stuffing. The bed was supposed to be washable. Super expensive for a bed that didn't even last 3 months.

Avoid your Headaches. This was the worst experience ever. How many times can you lie to customer. I placed an order in Jan planning for a wet spring. They said the ordered shipped. Weeks go by and nothing comes. I contacted customer service and they are out of stock of said size and color? But I was told it shipped. Clearly a lie. I asked to replace with any color. That order was placed in March to cover my original order. That order never came. I punch the tracking info and it says delivered by amazon? I get amazon delivered all the time. So this order clearly never shipped. Save your energy and your money. You wont get what your looking for.

Not the most user friendly website and then after completing my order, I was presented with multiple add-on. I actually chose the rug grippers for under $2.00, but once my order went through, the price was almost $16.00. What I thought would be free shipping ended up costing $3.99. I immediately called to cancel the order and was presented with multiple options for a discount but instead decided to cancel. I do not think this company does business in an upstanding manner although I cannot speak to the quality of the rugs.

I have yet to try the mats I received. The customer service is awful. I received an email for what I ordered. I then received a shipped/bill email that was different. Have contacted multiple times and they offered me 50 percent off the items I didn’t order. I said I will gladly return them. Send me a label. They said sorry we will do better next time. After multiple days I have filed a complaint with my bank. Shady tactics!

1) They are advertised as non-slip. Ours slides all over the floor. 2) Washed and dried according to directions. Dryer filter was filled with backing material. Piece of Chinese crap. Do not buy.
