Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

The muddy mat does not do what it says!!! Both my dogs leave muddy dog prints!!

I found this company to be deceptive. As I was trying to check out they kept offering me genuine offers which were not genuine. 1.99 rug grippers which were not genuinely 1.99 per rug but 1.99 per each corner gripper. Free pet washing glove which I saw too late was 10.99 shipping. Free rug which one would expect was the same size as the others I ordered but was a smaller size. The final piece of deception... the order was confirmed and money removed from my account before I had a chance to review and confirm the order. I cannot tolerate liars. No wonder there was so much social media advertising for this company. I tried to cancel the order right away. I did get an immediate response which was too take the grippers off the order. When I replied that I wanted the entire order cancelled, there was no further response. Thankfully Muddy Mat canceled my order and I am waiting for my refund. What should have been a $70 had turned into a $ 120ish order.

I didn’t get the discount for 1. I couldn’t get out of the website and ended up buying things I didn’t want. With shipping I spent $77. For a medium sized mat.

I have texted numerous times as well as sent you a letter asking how to return two (2) muddy mats that are the wrong color (grey). The smallest rug is the correct color (tan/beige). I don’t know what else to do. My first choice would be to exchange the grey ones for the tan/beige ones. Second would be to return them all back to you and get a refund of my money for which I would need a return label. Please do something! Right now you have me hanging in limbo.

When I ordered muddy mats, it was supposed to be $68, when my payment went through it was one $113.16. I immediately got on and requested cancellation of purchase. Should have been canceled, yet I never got my money back and Then I got the rugs in the mail. Never open in them have spent a month trying to do a return. They send me emails back saying that they’re having problems generating return labels. And say they’ll get back to me which they have not once gotten back to me. I feel like I’m out my money, and the mats are flimsy crappy rags as far as I’m concerned!

Purchasers need to be careful and aware that there is a potential the Muddy Matt can stain your floor the color of the rug purchased. It happened to my floor, it was stained brown in front of my sliding glass door. And to no avail the color is permanent!

I never received my delivery. After tracking my order, I saw that it was “undeliverable” and called customer service to give them a different address. Again, tracking and email from delivery service shows “undeliverable!” I am so dissatisfied with the lack of customer support. I paid through Venmo and have never received an explanation for lack of delivery or a refund.

After 3 weeks of waiting for the product i asked for a refund Really upset Never buy something in this brand !!!
