Return customer- I got our large dog a bed from Muddy Mat a few years ago and just got another bed for the dog we adopted a couple of weeks ago. Little Indy loved big Zekey’s bed so it was a no brainer to return to Muddy Mat. These beds are made very well, easy to clean and very comfortable for my boys. Great customer service and follow up as well! This is a good company.

I wasn't able to get any updates about the delivery I was waiting for so I contacted Muddy Mats. I actually just left an e-mail and to my surprise I got a response in less than an hour, on a Sunday. Anyway I had explained the problem and my customer service associate did a quick inquiry to find out what the hold up was. Within two hours of my contacting them the problem was solved. I am very impressed with their customer service.

After my initial purchase of two muddy mats, I have been back about three more times. Muddy mats are my new favorite thing used at the door, they catch all the dirt from from pause on the way in. I use them in the bathroom now because I have never had a more absorbent comfy on the feet bathmat. I use them in the bedrooms, so my pets have something nice and soft to land on when they jump off the bef. Muddy mats, I am a fan for life.

I have purchased 6 thus far (different sizes) and have to say they are absolutely life changing. I have a mud room and it catches and traps liquid, no leak through. Also, I have elderly dogs and they now have these mats just in case. My 17 year old mastiff couldn't make the door and lost control at the door .... NO leak through. Poor girl but now she no longer worries and neither do I. I know I wont have to scrub carpets when I get home. I fully intend on purchasing more for our bathrooms and possibly my jeep. I cannot talk highly enough about these carpets! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

These mats do exactly what they were advertised to do. I have two door ones when my dogs come in from the rain they don’t track anything in the house anymore. I have two large mats for my dogs to lay on. I have an older dog she loves it and once it starts to get a little smelly, I can throw right in the washer. These are the best things going if you have dogs.

I bought one Muddy Mat and I was really pleased with it. When the offer of buy two get one free came up, I ordered again. I've just taken up the offer of buy two get one free again as I'm so pleased with them. The quality is great, they are thick, wash well and the variety of colours is amazing. Customer service is brilliant and there's always good communication. I can see me having these mats all over the house in future. Keep up the good work guys!!
