Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

The Mat was great but the buy Two and get one free did not happen. I was charged for 4. Tried contacting and could not get through. My bill includes shipping was $166.00. Crazy

Update They have reached out and my shipment is on its way. They are working to make up for the delay and difficulty contacting them. I am upping my review to 3 stars due to this. I have ordered the mats. Order placed on 1/11 received notification as of 1/14 label created and nothing since. I’ve sent several emails, fb messages, tried calling twice on hold forever. I keep seeing great reviews in these mats and I just would like to know what the hold up and if they are not going to be sent refund my money. If someone sees this please contact me reviews for your customer service will not be high.

The Matt's and for bed are great I got a few. I'm still waiting for my second dog bed. They didn't process but first one about a week ago so I had to call and find out what was going on. They placed a replacement order two days ago and I still doing have any update on shipping. Customer service is horrible. You have to hold on the phone for half an hour.

Click bait and switch on add on prices. Beware!!

I have no complaints about the small mats that I ordered. I found the purchase process on originalmuddymat.com to be confusing and almost deceptive. I was using the Edge browser, and it wouldn't accept my VISA card, so I switched to my Discover card. During checkout, I kept getting pitches to buy more products and when I didn't add it to my cart, the price was lower on the next popup or page. I was supposed to get free shipping but that was confusing as well. I gave up and did not complete my purchase ($67.96) or so I thought. I switched from my PC to my phone and my VISA card worked. This time, the price was $59.85 (probably the free shipping). The process on my phone was much more straightforward than on my PC. A few days later, I received two packages of mats. I called to return one set, and the rep said I needed to pay for return shipping. I balked at that because I KNEW I had NOT completed the first order. I said that I would dispute the charge with the Discover card company. First, the rep offered a $9 credit to keep the order, then a $19 credit to keep the order. I declined both offers. The rep then offered me a $31.92 credit. I decided to accept that.

I bought the X-Large mat. It cost close to $100 with tax a shipping. We had it two days. The dogs were able to easily pull off the edging and unravel section of the loop. This is not durable. Edited: I’m going to give more stars because the company replaced my muddy mat after I put in a detailed complaint to Brtter Budiness Bureau. They had not answered my emails. However, I’m still standing by the durability issue, because my dogs easily chewed through the replacement as they did with the first.

The mats work great and the dogs actually like going over it. It is a soft mat and I find my dogs just laying on them as well. Washing the mat has been a bit of a challenge for me though. Because of the high absorbency, the mat comes out of the washer super soaked. Squeezing the water out has been difficult. Drying time is very long. I have one that has been hanging outside over a chair to dry for a week now and is still soaking wet. Would love some tips on what I could do to get them dry.
