All my questions were answered with a quick response. Purchase transaction was smooth and easy. Product was exactly as pictured and arrived at home without any issues. The wooden crate was difficult for me to figure out how to open. I called my salesperson and he instructed me how to carefully open the crate.

First experience with this company I ordered a brass compass and 100-year clock as a Christmas present. My order came promptly and in good condition.

I was so happy that they extended my dus out to both my lamps even though I purchased them separately. I wanted to be certain that the size would work before purchasing two lamps. Returning and restocking 2 lamps would be cumbersome. They were awesome and the crystal lamps I purchased are absolutely beautiful.
