Thanks for your feedback. The limitations and the lack of standard options are set by Wizards of the Coast.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wanted to clarify a few points to address your concerns. Firstly, the product you received, the Wild Wizardry deck, matches your order. In your email to us, you mentioned that you received the Wild Wizardry deck, which confirms that the correct item was delivered. It seems there may have been some confusion regarding your order, as this was not a starter deck but exactly the product you selected. Secondly, regarding the cards not appearing in your inventory: The cards are indeed added to your account, but to see them, you may need to adjust the deck format in your MTG Arena account. Different decks may require specific settings to display correctly, and this can be resolved by changing the format filter. We strive to ensure every customer has a smooth experience, and we'd be happy to guide you through adjusting the deck format or answering any additional questions you might have. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about your frustration with redeeming the booster pack codes. However, we’d like to clarify that all our codes are genuine and unused. The issue you experienced likely stems from redemption limits set by Wizards of the Coast (WOTC), as outlined in the product description. Each account can redeem only a limited number of codes per set, and this information is clearly stated to help customers avoid confusion. We encourage you to review these details before making a purchase in the future. Additionally, we noticed that you initiated an automated refund request. While we strive to make the process clear and transparent, it seems there may have been some misunderstanding about the refund amount or timing. Refund details are displayed in your profile under the “Pending Refunds” section. If the refund doesn’t align with your expectations, we recommend checking the provided information in your account for clarification. Please rest assured that the refund process is in progress as outlined. If you have further questions or need additional assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help resolve any concerns so you can enjoy your experience with us!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret that you felt dissatisfied, but we believe this review is unjustified given the circumstances. When you contacted us about the issue, we promptly refunded the code that could not be utilized. However, we would like to clarify that the error you encountered is due to Wizards of the Coast’s redemption limits: only one prerelease code per account is allowed for Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. This limitation applies universally, regardless of when or how the code was obtained—whether through our website or another source. On November 20, you placed an order for an additional prerelease code for the same set, but unfortunately, it could not be redeemed due to this restriction. As stated, these redemption rules are determined by Wizards of the Coast, and we are unable to verify which codes have already been redeemed on your account. While we acknowledge your suggestion about dynamically displaying available codes, implementing such functionality is beyond our current business plan's scope. Furthermore, it would not fully resolve these issues, as we cannot access account-specific redemption histories. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, even though it seems there may have been a misunderstanding of the redemption rules. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. Warm regards, The MTGA Codes Team
