Just a heads up I bought your 2xl for big dogs it was too small for the big dogs. My girl is a bill mastiff weighing 125 ! Product is nice she sits in it but not comfy to lie down she hangs off it! So in the future you might offer a 3xl for the big kids !!! So I’ll not be buying again unless you have a size for the big guys. Thanks for listening.

Hände weg! Habe das XXL Hundebett bestellt. Es ist in einer Mini Plastikverpackung angekommen. Die Ware STINKT. Der Boden ist dünn. Absolut minderwertige Ware. Das möchte ich meinem Hund nicht antun. Habe mehrmals die Fa. angeschrieben wohin ich zurücksenden soll. Habe nie eine Antwort bekommen. Echt traurig.

It was half the size of what it showed in the picture. My dog which is the same breed as the dog in the picture is way too big for that bed. They might have sent the wrong bed. Who knows!!

The bed is nice but the bottom of the bed has stained our leather couch and we cannot get the stain out! Our couch is ruined!

I was scam by someone in the processing of my product shipment. I finally-finally receive my shipment aft five weeks of waiting, over 35 day in the process and had to report the illegal use of my credit to fraudulent use of it. My shipment was being held in Compton CA for weeks claiming there was no sending to owner / sending address by the USPS around 11-2-22they the 11-5-22. If I wanted not to send back to the sender, I had to pay $ 1.99to stop it! I could then have it mail to my address. Since your company does offer a telephone to your ordering customer it put one at a lost-victim for scammers!!

This company was not very open to answer questions, I’d email several times, about their return policies, so I’ve decided never to order anything from them again…
