I love the bed. Now if I can get my 3 year old Malti-poo to figure out it's a bed and not another dog. He wants to do things dogs do with other dogs. I hope it's soon.

I would rate Mr. FLUFFY FRIEND no stars if I could. First, they sent a bed which was the wrong dimensions. Then they sent a duplicate bed which I attempted to return to their shippers address in Forest Park, Georgia. The USPS marked this address as vacant/tenant moved out & returned the package to me. Despite online representations that they retain domestic addresses, the customer service representative indicated that the bed that they mistakenly sent must be returned to China. The Mr. Fluffy Friend website posts two domestic addresses for returns in their "Terms of Service," which controls as the Entire Agreement " between Mr. Fluffy Friend and the customer. I returned the bed for the second time to Mr. Fluffy Friend's designated domestic address per their Terms of Service, but still have not received a refund. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS! The product is substandard & they do NOT have a return policy since there is no domestic return available. NO REFUNDS.

Please note that the address on the shipping label is for a distribution partner and not a return facility, so it should not be used to send back items. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and our customer support team is always available to assist with returns and refunds. Your feedback is important, and we are actively working to improve our processes to prevent situations like this in the future.
How do I go about returning the smaller bed? I got the larger size and it’s perfect but need to know how to return the smaller one!

I love these dogs beds and best of all my two large dogs adore your sink into comfortable beds. This is my second time purchasing beds like this from MrFluffyFriend. The old beds were still in good condition, so I donated them to the Humane Society in my town. Some dear shelter dog can have a good night sleep in them. If I could give you a 10 Star Rating I would !!!

That my frenchie loves his bed. From what I can tell the previous owner never cared for him like I am now. He just snuggles and plays with his toys then dozes' off for hours. Your research has just done wonders.

I bought one and they liked it so much, I bought another so that each would have his own bed. They each have claimed a bed. Wonderful product

I was skeptical at first, but when the dog beds and the pet blankets arrived, our two dogs loved them. The bigger bed is in the living room and it is not unusual to see one or both of the dogs head for the bed. Our little Schi-poo has his little bed in the bedroom and loves the bed and the blanket. Great products! Thanks from our four-footed family members!
