The pet bed took a long time to come here in the mail. The product is good, my cat won't even use it though. She prefers to lie in front of the heater.

The worst experience ever! We ordered dog bed and it was too small. Contacted them to exchange and told can’t do that! Have to ship to China at my expense and order new one. Website says nothing about China with satisfaction guarantee!! I’m not satisfied!!

The delivery of my purchase took a month to get here. Way too long. I emailed to ask why and had no response. Very poor in communication.

The pet bed took a while to come and the purchase seemed to be linked to a flood of phishing emails. The bed is smaller than I expected but very cosy dog is happy and as a result I have ordered another larger one

The bed is nice. I have an 8 pound Maltese female and the sizing chart would have put her in a size extra small. I bought up one size, but still too small. I would have liked to try the medium - it is hard to understand how small the middle of each bed is as there is a cuff around the center that is included in the dimensions of the overall bed by the company. I liked seeing the pictures on the website of the dogs lounging easily on their spacious beds - not our experience. Bliss barely fit on her size small bed. I thought this would be a lovely bed as my dog is now nearly 13 years old. Yet - she sleeps on the wood floor next to the bed. She has rejected it. I am looking to re-home the bed. It just didn’t work for us. If you could see a picture of this you would laugh - such as my friends did as I sent them multiple pictures of Bliss and her new Mr Fluffy bed - laying next to it not on it. I’m pretty disappointed - the sizing for little dogs? Size up 2 sizes unless you have a little one who loves close quarters, to tuck in; a snuggler.
