I was sent the wrong size and color. They would do nothing about making it right unless I sent it back at my own expense. They also said "why not give it toa friend"!!

Beds took more than 4 weeks to arrive. You can purchase calming pet beds online and get them in just a few days. Return policy is very vague- in other words- don’t expect to get a refund, and certainly not a free return as other websites. Communication with them was slow and not helpful. Just a mistake on my part to order from an unknown.

Received the wrong item, sent pics to prove this and replacement was offered but subsequently refused. Company would not discuss further and I had to settle for a partial refund on an item I cannot use. Dreadful.

Atrocious customer service and product was late, preowned (stinking of anal glands) and complete rubbish.
