My fur baby, Pippa, loves it. Nice and soft. I use it on my bed and she sleeps on it right next to me!! Satisfied buyer.

These beds are lumpy. Not worth the money

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the bed, Gloria. We understand how frustrating it can be when the filling doesn’t initially look or feel as expected. As the beds are compressed for shipping, we recommend allowing up to 48 hours for the bed to fully air out and regain its shape. Gently shaking and massaging the bed afterward can also help redistribute the filling and reduce any uneven or lumpy areas. I decided to upgrade sizes after placing my order, so I reached out to the company through email. I received a quick response and the process was simple! I'm so happy I didn't have to wait for the order and return the product. I just got a new invoice for the difference in price and the products I are being shipped out! The representative was knowledgeable, professional and can't wait to give it to our doggy Gracie

I gave 4 stars because I couldn't get the order form off my google page. I placed the order then I had to power my phone down, wait awhile & restart it . That was annoying and weird! The bed has been enjoyed by my greyhound. She spends half her rest time in it.

I spent $200 on the biggest bed that was offered. The stuffing is literally 1/2 the size of the pictures in the advertising. Everything is flat even after fluffing as much as possible. I am sure there are much better products out there than this POS. After making a complaint, you guys reach out to me and ask me for the order number and everything else trying to find out if this is a real review. You oughta know by my name and my address and you can look in your records and find the order that was delivered and exactly what it was. It’s ridiculous that I have to go back and try to find my order number. And then you say, if you don’t hear with within three days, you will ignore the complaint. Totally ridiculous! It’s obvious from your one stars and you’re five stars that you have a substandard product. There’s really nothing you can do to make up for this product that I have other than come to my house with more stuffing and stuff it the way it should be done. I know why you have such a sorry product it’s because of shipping and of course manufacturing.You don’t want to put it in a bigger box so you put it in the smallest box possible. Your advertising says how you guys love pets so much you make quality products. Pet owners do not like to cut corners when it comes to their loved ones.

Delivery was a little slow and the parcel dropped over the gate was a little less than the service promise, but the entertainment value of the self inflating bed was worth the wait, The bed achieved a full state by the second day and our cocker spaniel tried it just the once, preferring either of her older beds thereafter.
