J'ai passé une commande le 27/11. Le suivi colissimo me dit que mon colis a été livré dans ma boite aux lettres mais je n'ai rien reçu. Quand j'appelle colissimo on m'indique que le colis a été livré à une autre personne (autre nom) et a une autre adresse. Par contre on m'a débité de la somme de 55e aussitôt la commande passée. Je vais déclaré cette société et faire un maximum de mauvaise presse!!!!!

I ordered a gift for a dog I rescued back in August. She was adopted by a friend locally. I ordered the McFluffy bed which is meant to be an anti anxiety bed. It was ordered on the 9th of November and I got an email on the 10th to say it was on its way. And then when it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, I sent an email for an update. I got no reply. Another week passed and I sent a further 2 emails. I got no response. However I did get emails from this company trying to sell me more products. Their customer service is appaling. I only got a response from them eventually when I made a complaint to PayPal. The product arrived on the 9th December and as I was away, I picked it up today from my postoffice. I wish I could put a photo up of how it was packaged. The outer package was split. And at 49.00 euro, this product is not cheap. I think it's also the wrong colour or it doesn't resemble anything like what I ordered. Needless to say I will not be buying from this company again. I waited to order another bed for my own dog as I wanted to see the quality. Not worth the money in my opinion
