The same day I placed the order I attempted to cancel the order. I was told it was shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. I have no idea if the product is good or bad. The costumer service is disappointing.

Still waiting on delivery. Been over 3 weeks. Tracker says it is in IL. What is taking so long?

It took a very long time for my order to arrive. But since it has arrived, my dog has been using it with very little urging on my part. She seems to like it.

I ordered it 12/14 and isn't still here yet! Can't write a review when you don't have it....... and they don't provide you with tracking information.

You are asking for a review for a product I never received, it’s still in transit since 12/15. I contacted you on 12/21 and was given a tracking number which i already had and was told the package is in transit it would take 14/22 days it’s in the fulfillment center in Illinois and you could not track it. I sent a 2nd email on 1/2 and have not heard back. I just received notification my package is now in California! I live in NY. So tell me how can I give you any type of good review! I will not recommend ordering from MrFluffy Friend again!
