Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Brett! It’s great to hear that you’re happy with the quality and comfort of the bed and, most importantly, that your dog is sleeping so well in it. Wishing her many more peaceful and comfortable nights!
I ordered a dog bed from Mr. fluffy friend and I followed all the instructions. I paid $179 for an extra large dog bed that never actually fluffed. It was limp and never filled up all the way even though I watched their video and did everything they said. They claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed so I tried to return it and of course they are going to make me pay full shipping, which is half the cost of the bed! It’s ridiculous and I caution you if you don’t like it you’re probably going to be stuck with it. On the plus side the fabric is soft and the bottom is nonstick and it seems fairly well-made. The stuffing is just not stuffy and the customer service is unsatisfying.

Hi Lisa, we’re sorry to hear that the bed didn’t meet your expectations, particularly after you followed the setup instructions and still found the filling insufficient. We understand that you’ve already been in contact with our customer support team, and we’d like to make sure your concerns are properly addressed. We also want to clarify that we offer local return facilities for customers in the US, so the return cost should not necessarily be as high as half the purchase price.
Ordering was easy and I didn't have to wait forever for delivery! I purchased a bed for my small dog in June and it really did help her relax. Then he cat brother started laying in it so I decided I better get one for him too! They love their beds.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Nancy! We’re thrilled to hear that your little dog found so much comfort in her bed and that her cat brother decided he needed one too! It sounds like they’ve both found their favourite spots. 🐾 We’re especially happy to know the bed has helped your pup relax. Thank you for coming back for a second bed and for sharing your experience with us!
The experience was fine, but the dog bed is NOT as firm as shown. Extremely disappointed in my purchase of the sofa style bed. I paid $139.00 for a bed where the sides and back collapse. AND the cushion part does not even fill up the cover!! My greyhound has not stopped sleeping on my couch (which is okay) but your advertising says that will happen!!

We’re sorry to hear that the sofa-style bed didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when the bed doesn’t look or feel as you expected, especially when your Greyhound hasn’t taken to it. Our beds are vacuum-packed and require some time and proper fluffing to reach their intended shape. We do have step-by-step instructions and a video specifically for setting up the dog sofa, which may help with the sides and cushion. We’d really like to help you get the bed into the best possible condition. Please feel free to contact our customer support team with your order details and photos of the bed, so we can take a closer look and assist you further.
The anxiety bed is amazing! Our dog would never lay in his bed until we got him this bed, and then he was in his bed all the time. He absolutely loved it. We’ve had several now, but the new design is such a major upgrade as it allows the interior cushions to be removed so the fluffy cover can go into the washer and dryer. It cleans up beautifully and is ready for our sweet boy to enjoy again in no time.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Leigh! It’s fantastic to hear that your dog went from never wanting to use a bed to spending so much time in his MrFluffyFriend. That’s such a lovely transformation! We’re also glad that you’re enjoying the new design and its removable cushions, especially when it comes to keeping the fluffy cover clean and fresh. It sounds like your sweet boy is very happy to have his favourite bed back after every wash. Thank you for being a returning customer and for sharing your experience!
My two Aussie doodles Cosmo and Poly love their new bed. The 4xl gives them plenty of extra room. Thank you for the furry bed. Recommend buying.
