Easy to order, efficient service and delivery. Very happy Rhodesian Ridgeback!

We’re delighted to hear that ordering and delivery went smoothly, Philip, and that your Rhodesian Ridgeback is a happy customer! 🐾 Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend™. We hope your four-legged friend enjoys plenty of comfortable naps and relaxing moments in their new bed!

I bought a pillow for my dog, the pictures where so promosing, the reviews a 9,3 ! So what could go wrong? The only thing that matches the pictures on there website is the cover of the pillow! The stuffing is not enough, my dog lays on the ground. It should be thick an soft, it is nothing like that! I feel robbed of my money 79 euro!! It is a cheap knock off version. Please do not buy here, it is shitty quality

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, Jane. This is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand how disappointing it must be when the cushion doesn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding the thickness and support of the filling. I can see that you’re already being assisted by our team via email. We hope they can help address your concerns and work with you toward a suitable solution. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the disappointment.
This is the 2nd dog bed I’ve purchased. Love the McFluffy & our first German Shepherd loved it too! The quality of the bed is off the charts fabulous! Customer service is remarkable. I had a couple of questions & received answers in a very short amount of time!

Sounds like your dogs have given their new beds two paws up, Whit! 🐾 We’re delighted they love them, and we hope their new cosy spots bring them plenty of happy naps and relaxing moments. Thanks for sharing the love!
Top notch customer service and response time from the team at MrFluffyFriend dog beds. I am often cautious about purchasing online from websites that only offer customer service via email. I made an error with my order and in less than 30 minutes my issue was properly addressed and I was fully updated with what had been done to resolve my issue. Hats off to Jc & the MrFluffyFriend™ Team. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Bill

Took my 15 year old Dachshund a couple days to lie in his new bed but he loves it and so do I. Thank you my fluffy friend.

We’re so happy your 15-year-old Dachshund has found a bed he loves, Steve! Sometimes it takes a day or two to get comfortable with a new sleeping spot, but it sounds like he’s settled in nicely. Wishing your senior gentleman many more peaceful, cosy naps in his new bed. 💙
