MrFluffyFriend™Reviews of mrfluffyfriend.com

This product is poor quality and the blankets are cheap trash. Do not buy! The blanket looks like a fabric sample not a blanket at all. The measurements are in centimeters so be careful when ordering or you will get a product made for a doll house!

Scam! I’ve placed an order and never received it… I’ve sent hundred of emails to the customer support and I’ve rarely seen such incompetent people. They wouldn’t even understand my emails unless I explain it like 30 times. They never refunded me although all my emails and explanations. They sent me what’s supposed to be a proof of delivery but it’s just a paper of the courier saying « I did my job », absolutely no signature from me or any other proof that it has actually been delivered… I spend so much time and effort trying to sort this but they’re actual scammers. They stole 80 euros from me. Worst online shopping experience ever. DON’T TRUST THIS WEBSITE

I ordered this bed for my dog however after numerous "fictitious" shipping updates I tried cancelling the order. My request was denied. I was advised that my pet's bed would be delivered in 7-15 days, it arrived 31 days after my order was placed and my account was billed. I returned the package unopened to the "return" address on the package however they wanted me to ship it back to China. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Mr. Fluffy Friend failed to respond. I was refunded a portion of what I was billed. I do not recommend this product or company.

pour parler de la qualité du produit il faudrait déjà que je reçoive ma commande passée le 19 décembre 2024 et malgré mes relances je n'arrive pas à savoir où est ma commande et encore moins me faire rembourser, site à fuir

Should have read reviews first! Thought I was covered purchasing from a .co.uk address, however this is dropshipping from China! Delivery is not Royal Mail 48hrs as stated on website, well that is until it has reached the UK! The XL dog bed is more suited to a small dog! Appalled is an understatement, especially as I didn’t pay China prices for it! Total fraud in my opinion

Be warned this company is not UK based. I placed an order totalling £162.00. They advertise that the beds are specially designed for comfort and to help with anxiety. The beds are extremely poor quality. Filled with cut up pieces of foam and are not deep filled leaving large areas with no filling when you place any weight on it. I googled memory foam dog beds and they came up. They make a very poor product knowing that customers will most likely not return the item due to cost and the unreliability of the item actually arriving back once they discover it needs to be returned to China and you are responsible for the duty and tracking costs Mr Fluffyfriend UK is what comes up on the google search We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please email us at their info email Shipping To return your product we ask you kindly to contact our customer support, 7 days a week at their info email Return Shipping Costs The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that return shipping costs can be significant, especially for larger or heavier items, and may also include additional charges such as customs fees or duties for international returns. All of these costs are non-refundable. To help minimise these costs, we recommend vacuum-packing items whenever possible, as this can reduce the size and weight of the package Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the return product to arrive. When returning an item, you are required to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number. This is the offer I got I’d like to offer you a few solutions to help resolve this: Return for a Full Refund: If you would like to return the product for a refund, please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for detailed instructions. Kindly note that return shipping costs will need to be covered by you. Additionally, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure secure and reliable delivery of the package to our warehouse. The declared value of the goods must be $27 USD or less to avoid taxes. If the value exceeds this amount, taxes may be applied to the return, and you will be responsible for covering these costs. I’ve attached the return form for your convenience. Keep the Bed & Reorder with 30% Off: If you think a friend or family member might find the bed useful, you can keep it, and we’ll offer you 30% off a larger size. Just let us know the size and color you’d like, and we’ll send over an invoice. 15% Refund to Keep the Bed: To avoid the hassle of returning, you can keep the bed, and we’ll provide a 15% refund as a goodwill gesture. I contacted PayPal and explained that their returns policy is misleading as at no point until you receive the actual returns label that you are made aware that they are not UK based and it needs to be returned to China, that was a complete waste of time and very disappointing as I use PayPal for the protection they offer. The case was closed within 2 days saying the product was adequate, how would they possibly know that?? Thank you for your reply but its clear you have no intention of changing the way you operate. Sending the items back to you is going to cost £84.60. I am not prepared to spend that when you are unlikely to refund me anything. I have no option but to accept your offer of £64.80.

The quality of the bed is terrible - the filling feels really lumpy and plasticy and it it's so flat that I doubt my dog would sleep in it on a hard floor. When questioning returns, the item has to be shipped back to china at your cost, which is £70+. It's not obvious when ordering that all products are shipped from here making returns a farce. Do not buy

When we got Spike 2 years ago he was suffering anxiety a great deal and we would just rub him until he quieted down. Then we saw an ad for Mr. Fluffy Friend and decided to try it. Anything for Spike! At first he just fluffed it up and wouldn't sit on it. We put toys on it and then my husband's shirt, who is his buddy. We can't get him away from his bed now! He loves it!
