I Love This Company called MR FluffyFriend. I ordered 2 beds and my 2 big dogs will sometimes sleep together in 1 bed! They love their beds! We keep 1 downstairs and the other upstairs. If you have any questions about their beds Customer Service gets right back to you! Awesome Company!!

Achtung! Nie wieder bei diesem Hersteller! Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen ein neues großes Hundebett bestellt. Geworben wird mit super bequem, orthopädisch etc. Man darf sich nicht von dem Preis blenden lassen, gute Qualität hat ihren Preis. Mein Hund hat nicht 1 x drauf liegen wollen, aber der Reihe nach. Lieferzeit extrem lange. Geliefert wird in einer größeren Plastikverpackung, es ist schon eine Herausforderung alles zu öffnen, denn die inliegenden Pakete/Tüten sind alle vakumiert, Wenn man sie öffnet, sind sie 3-4 x so groß. Der Inhalt dieser Tüten/Füllstoff für das Hundebett ist sehr Minderwertige Qualität aus China und riecht extrem chemisch/stinkt. Ich habe versucht, alles wieder zusammenzupacken. Mit viel Mühe ist es eine großes Paket ca 80x40x40 geworden. Ich habe den Verkäufer sofort kontaktiert und bekam auch Rückmeldung. Erst bot man 30%, 40%, ich könnte alles behalten. Ich hatte nicht gesehen, dass die Rücksendung nach China geht! Absolute Abzocke! Ich habe abgelehnt. Was soll ich mit einem minderwertigen Produkt, wo der Kunde so getäuscht wird? IHätte ich lieber die Bewertungen von Trustpilot gelesen. So bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen, ok aber nie wieder bei diesem Shop. Übrigens Paypal hat auch nicht geholfen! Besser nichts bestellen!

I have a Great Dane and I ordered the largest size. It hardly has any stuffing and is nothing like the picture shown. Very disappointed. My dog couldn't even fit on like they show in the pictures. They offer 30 day returns to China at your expense which will cost more to return and figure no one will return them. So they are making money off of junk. They offered me $25.00 refund to keep it. Big deal!! I paid a 179.00 for a piece of junk. Buyer beware.... I went to Petsmart and got 2 x-large tempurpedic beds and spent only a $139.00 total with plenty of room to spare for my dogs. Giving the piece of low quality garbage away since I can't use it. Don't trust this company. They do a bait and switch.

Nein nie mehr wieder. Habe heute für die Rückgabe des Hundebettes 78 Euro zahlen müssen. Das Bett kommt zusammengerollt und zusammengepresst mit Aufbauanleitung???! An alle diejenigen die bestellen möchten lässt die Finger davon

BEWARE: I purchased two different dog beds to try for my dog, planning to return one style after reading that the company had a "30-day customer satisfaction guarantee". The beds are vacuum-sealed into small packages. Once you open a package, there is no way to put it back in its original package, which is required for a return, in addition to a 3-page questionnaire. The beds look cute, but the fabric and stitching are not well-sewn or reinforced. My dog can chew through it easily. There is no customer service phone number or USA address. The company responds to emails inconsistently. The address to mail back a package is in Guangdong, China and USPS estimated it would cost me $105 to mail back an UNOPENED bed. The the company website has a proxy owner, which means no physical address or contact phone number is listed for them. All I want is a full refund for the unopened bed ($149). I wanted to return both dog beds but their elaborate instructions and high cost prevent this. Update 12/09/25: The company offered me 15% off one bed, I held firm, and they finally offered me 30% off both beds, so I accepted and will not deal with them again. The beds are on Temu for around $20. Lesson learned.... UPDATE: I was contacted by the CEO of the company in 05/26, and he apologized for my experience, and wanted to "make it right". I asked for a full refund of the dog bed that I had originally wanted to return. I can't believe it, but the refund was granted in 48 hours! Maybe they are learning that customer service matters!. I am satisfied with my outcome.
