Placed order for dog bed and it never showed up, over a month went by and they were no help! Had to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund! Do not purchase from this company, they are just a middle man for Chinese based products that take forever to receive or never receive! Spend your money elsewhere so you don't have to deal with their lacking customer service! Beware!!

I bought two of these beds. The largest one for our son’s big old husky who’s showing signs of arthritis and the smaller one for our 3 year old shepherd mix. They both absolutely love these beds. They really provide a cozy and soft place for them to nuzzle and hunker down into. Quality seems very good and they are so soft to the touch! Highly recommended! The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because the shipper of one of the beds did a very poor job of moving it through their system and was very lacking in tracking information. In contrast, the post office delivered the other bed very quickly with reliable tracking throughout. I’ve suggested to the supplier that they rely exclusively on the post office for all their shipping as they have been consistently reliable and efficient in my own decades of experience.
