My dog would not even get on the bed and lay down. It was difficult to distribute the padding in the bed where the was full coverage.

We’re sorry your dog isn’t using the bed as expected, Karen. Sometimes the filling may need a little adjusting to provide full coverage — gently redistributing or shaking the padding can help your dog settle in more comfortably.

Great Dane simply laid down in the bed and she knows it is her special place.

The bed is flat. Does not look anything like advertised. False advertisement!!! The 2xl is not sufficient for an average large dog. I requested a refund and they gave me homework to be able to get my money back. They said I had to wait 48 hours and that I had to restructure the bed and shake it. Why should I have to do any of that. The bed is crap and I just want my money. Now im jumping through hoops to get it back.

Hi Mathew, We understand your frustration. The bed is vacuum-packed, which can cause it to arrive flat. Allowing up to 48 hours and gently reshaping it is required for the bed to fully expand as designed. If it still didn’t meet expectations after that, please contact us again via email so we can assist you further. .
I purchased my fluffy bed and a month later the zipper broke. The company didn’t offer any help like give a partial refund or a discount on a new bed. Not a good way to do business.

Beautiful bed. I’m really disappointed with the amount of support …… it doesn’t have enough cushion. I have glued a layer of memory foam on the bottom and it gives my dog a more comfortable bed, but it looks dumb. So I have defeated the purpose of getting the pretty bed.
