We’re truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience. The refrigerator you purchased was personally inspected by you in our showroom and sold as a used unit in the condition you saw and approved. We did accept the return and issued a refund as requested. As clearly stated on our receipts, invoices, and website, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which in this case was $500. This policy is standard for all equipment orders and was applied accordingly. We appreciate your past business and are sorry to see you go. Our goal remains to provide quality equipment and transparent service to all our customers.
