i am not saying my experience was great. i have some reservations based on alot of comments i have read re your shipping and delivery. i will be happy to give a more accurate account of my experience once i am given a ETA of my order and tracking info

First of all, I mistakenly selected the wrong items and placed an order. I immediately tried to cancel it, but I was never able to do so. Later, when I received the order, the pants were not of good quality, and the overall fit was disappointing. I tried to return the items, but so far I have not found any return option on your website. I emailed your support team and am still waiting for a response. In Germany, customers are legally allowed to return products within 14 days without any hurdles. I do not understand what is happening, but I am considering visiting a police station to discuss this shopping issue, as I cannot find any return option or return details on your website. If this situation is truly as I have experienced, then your website or service should not be allowed to operate legally in Germany. As a customer, I would consider this a scam if I am not able to return my items.

I bought the suits from these people, and they sent me trash. The items also took nearly 5 months before I received them and they were all garbage. Each time I asked them about the item they told me a different story. When I also received my item and they're all garbage, texted them, and they refused to answer me. When I asked for a refund, they refused to respond to my text. Guys, please do not waste your money on items from these people, they are big scammers and the products are fake. They also pretend to swap your item with a different one and the products that they have in the images, to be honest they don't have these products in physical reality. Fakes+ scammers are equal to negative zero. The government needs to close their website and social media platforms.

The order process was simple but sometimes your sight has an issue choosing the color of the item ordered. More precisely, you have to click the proper color 2-3 times, before it selects and allows you to move on to the sizing. The only other issue is it took quite some time to be delivered, almost a month. Great fit and great quality.

The checkout process was not smooth, discount code didn’t work, pricing kept changing. I had to go out of the site and back in to finally get the right pricing. I am looking to order more products but prefer to see how long it takes to ship and to see the quality before ordering more products

They are just drop shipping very cheap n nasty cloths from China. It took a month to arrive and was probably 3 sizes too small - even though I ordered it via the size guide comparision chart! The 'suit' material is printed fleece like pyjama material and feels and looks awful!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Don't buy from this site. It's AI generated images and videos on social media platforms I purchased a long black coat and when it arrived it was cheap Chinese street market fabric and the look of the coat is different from the website. Please don't fall for this website.
