customer service is really really good

I complained about loss of power after 4 months of use. Would not recharge. Learned cables for charging had to be USB-A to USB-C. The C to C type does not work. Happy to have fully functioning sculptures!

Lost the manual. Just a short email and I received a copy. Super service

Overall the products are of good quality. I had a model with one missing part from the package. The company sent a replacement after a few email exchanges to identify which part it was. The instructions could usd some work as they are not the easiest to understand.

Ms. Sophia was very helpful and quick to respond.

I cannot give Moyustore a rating higher than 5. I have no complaints or issues with Moyustore at all. Their products are amazing. I have purchased something like 20 models now since 2025, and I have my eyes on more purchases in the near future. Their products are very well packed prior to shipping, and not one of my purchases has arrived damaged or with missing parts. I have to mention “Ms Sophia” too for her outstanding customer service and prompt replies to me every time I have had to contact Moyustore. She is extremely helpful. I recommend Moyustore outright to anyone wanting to get into this hobby. Thank you so much to all at Moyustore for your excellent service, and for your truly amazing models.

I was worried ordering from over seas but Sophia made the entire purchase painless. I bought two of the mechanical horses (assembled) - they showed up perfect and are cooler in real life than in the videos! A+A+
