Bought a kayak motor that wasn't available in any other suppliers. It got shipped from Spain and arrived within a week in perfect condition.

I strongly advise AGAINST purchasing from MoveSea. From day one, the drone I bought for critical maritime research was faulty. Despite sending it back multiple times for repairs over nearly three years, it continued to break down after minimal use. Even following every maintenance instruction, the drone failed repeatedly, including right after so-called repairs. This level of unreliability is completely unacceptable, especially for such an expensive piece of equipment. What’s worse is the company’s complete lack of accountability. Instead of owning up to the fact that they sold a defective product, they consistently deflected responsibility and refused to offer any real solutions. For the amount of money I spent, I expected far better quality and support. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and time-consuming, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who expects dependable equipment or decent customer service.

ACHTUNG!!

Very disappointed, I placed an order on September 8th. No sign of my order, no updates and have tried to contact the company three times now. I head away next week and am now unsure if I will receive my order in time, or at all at this rate. I see some positive reviews on here so I still have some hope my item might arrive but the experience so far is very disappointing.

You should have already received a confirmation of the cancellation and refund via email. We understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially with your upcoming plans. Please know that this is not reflective of the service we aim to provide, and we are taking steps to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards.
chased following the estimated delivery being way exceeded, to be (eventually) advised the item will be shipped.... an email then to say that i have had a refund coming as the item is unavailable. don't waste time with this crowd.

Ordered a product 22nd July with estimated delivery date of 2nd August, it’s now 19th September and still no sign of my item. I’ve requested cancellation and refund but now they’re just ignoring me. I can only assume the above reviews are bots and this is a scam site. Confusing that they have time to respond to these public reviews but they won’t reply to my emails. Avoid at all costs, unfortunately!
