Mounting Solutions Plus - mountsplus.comReviews of mountsplus.com

I purchased the PTK-M Angled Foregrip. The product itself is nice though false advertisement from the video they provided. It does not have storage nor does it come with the thumb guard. Not worth 40 dollars for just that. However, the worse part is the seller. The item was obviously used for it was already opened and dirty, it literally had a detached insect wing on it. When I went to attach it to my AR15, I discovered one of the M-Lok nuts were not even threaded! That must be why it was sent back in the first place and they just decided to send out to me, disgusting. I would not suggest this seller! In fact I tried to post this on their site but they will not post it! Smart on their part but damn they are rotten!

items say they are in stock and ship that day but they aren't even in stock with zero eta. per their own voicemail they aren't manning the phones. real communication is impossible. all around don't recommend.

Their prices are good and quality products. Items shipped fast and they responded to a questions via email quickly. Only thing they could do better is provide tracking. I waited like 3 or 4 business days and never got a ship notice. Then I emailed them about status of my order, well the next day the items were delivered, so tracking and notification could be better. Would def buy from them again.

Items did take a while as they were back ordered but this was expected. Order arrived over the pond with no issues.

Pitiful. The item I ordered is on backorder. They did not notify me or ever provide any information to inform me of this. My order has been (Pending) for over 5 days. Customer service phone number is not (Manned) thier words. Calling is pointless. They expect you to wait 72 hours to receive any response to your emails. Had I known any of this I would've paid twice as much to have a tracking number or any pertinent information. Just order your product direct from the product manufacturer. I did and it turns out the manufacturer is 3 hours away from my address. Don't waste your time or money!

They use to be great , everything i ordered was shipped in a timely fashion , but this last order has taken month with them holding hundreds of dollars in the mean time and only providing vague excuses or ignoring my questions with generic responses... i wont be shopping through them again

Ordered a mount. Was able to check out then told it was on backorder with no ETA. I'm guessing these people make their $$ by people forgetting about their orders and never asking for a refund. But elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, wait days to speak to someone nothi g is in stock. Everything is backorderer. Buyers beware!!
