Tuve una mejora repentina para el alivio de mis deudas y al asesor que me ayudó por primera vez le pareció extraño y fue muy grosero cuando me llamó para saber por qué había decidido cancelar el acuerdo. Deberían tener más respeto por las decisiones de los clientes.

I worked with Tracy from day 1 . Her enthusiasm was infectious !! Her compassion for people is outstanding! Her knowledge for the job description is on target and reaches out to her supervisors when she needs to do so . The company is so very lucky to have her as a valued employee and the people in need are so lucky to have her on the other end of the phone to speak to such a kind and supportive, enthusiastic woman!!!
