Hello, some time ago - first mid-July, I worked on the Hotel Booking Pro plugin. I had many questions to your team since I was building the website with a reservation option. There were many issues to solve and Eugene, John, and Andre helped me greatly. They spent dozens of minutes discussing with me each time I had a question and they were solving all issues. Hard to recall, but it was, for example, setting search options to display only available rooms, not all rooms in the hotel. Another thing was I lost some navigation pages to search or do the booking, and with shortcodes, your team helped me to revert back what I lost. They were also login into my account to improve some settings. Our discussions lasted a long time and always with great results. They were polite, patient, and always willing to help.
