We are sorry to hear about your experience. Most of errors that appear with MotoCMS templates are caused by incorrect hosting settings or some damage to template files during template transfer. As each and every hosting provider is unique we always require access to client's server to help with errors that appeared due to hosting side settings or due to damaged template's files (each template has over 2000 files, if any of these got damaged, you will experience issues while working with the template). Would you provide mechanic an access to your car engine if it does not work? We are willing to help you with the problem you faced but we can do it much faster if you provide us with access details to your server so we can test all the aspects of your hosting and determine exact reason for the error, that has appeared.
