Thank you for all the help with my essays! I found the advice and grammar correction very useful. I was very happy with how quickly the feedback was given back to me. In this case, the essay was submitted without the original prompt, so the reviewer didn’t have the right context to work from. Still, we believe our editors should always pause and reach out for clarification rather than risk giving unhelpful feedback. We’re making changes to be sure that step isn’t missed again.
