We're glad to hear you've enjoyed the course and found it beneficial for your animation skills. Keep up the great work! 😉😉
I pre-purchased the Rive course. By watching the trailers and promotion one would think is quite a complete and comprehensive high-quality course. Once the course went live, I found out that the classes are only a set of guided instructions with no real explanation on how the software actually works or any deep / conceptual knowledge at all. Just blindly follow instructions so you can achieve the results. Knowing this, I requested a refund. On the refund policies page it says that you're able to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and that you didn't have to use a discount coupon to purchase the course. Support told me that they cannot give me a refund as I purchased the course with a coupon, which is not true. The course had a special pre-purchase price when I bought it, but it never said that it was using a coupon to make that discount, so in my opinion it's very deceiving and clearly a strategy to not make refunds. The course is far to be worth the price that I paid ($299). It has clearly been rushed and I don't recommend it at all. I'll be taking legal actions against MDS to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! Regarding the content of the course, we would like to emphasize that each lesson is meticulously crafted to provide comprehensive information. We understand the importance of digestible learning materials, which is why each lesson comprises more than four extensive videos. To ensure that students have ample time to absorb the material, complete assignments, and integrate their newfound knowledge into practical projects, we have implemented a structured release schedule. This approach enables students to fully engage with each lesson, thereby enhancing their learning experience and facilitating the development of portfolio-worthy projects. Regarding your inquiry about the refund policy, we wish to clarify that the course was offered at a discounted price during the pre-sale period. As stated on our website, any products purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable. However, once the pre-sale period concludes, the course will be available at its full price, providing the opportunity for refunds as per our standard policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are here to support you every step of the way! Warm regards, MDS
