I highly recommend these weighted blankets. I love mine. I have struggled with anxiety and insomnia for a long time. Out of desperation I decided to buy a weighted blanket to see if it might give me a bit of relief. I can happily report that I am sleeping better during the night by falling asleep faster and no longer tossing and turning. It’s given me relief when I’m struggling through my anxiety.
