Terrible Refund policy
My purchase was $242 tax included, however after returning the item in its original condition and packaging, I received a refund for only $198. I lost $44. Will never buy from this company again.

We're sorry for the confusion regarding your refund. In reviewing your order, we found that an error was made when processing the return, resulting in an incorrect refund amount. Once you contacted us, we immediately apologized and issued the remaining balance owed to you. So you did not lose the $44, you did receive it back after you let us know about the issue. We understand how frustrating refund discrepancies can be, and we take full responsibility for the mistake. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could correct it promptly. We are continuously working to improve our processes to prevent errors like this from happening in the future. We wish you all the best and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
