I ordered the wrong filters and they gladly sent me the correct filters. They also sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect ones. I will continue to do business with this company.

This is the second time I have ordered from Morefilter. They always have the best price on the filters I use. This time I received a notification that my order had been delivered however I did not receive it. Apparently it was delivered to another address. When I contacted them they promptly sent out another order. They followed up to make sure I received the replacement order. Their customer service is excellent! I will continue to order from them and recommend them to anyone else looking for filters.

Great service and fast delivery of my refrigerator water filters. There price was better than the local Big Box Store.
