My part came quickly and accurate with properly packaged part undamaged

The Website claimed a hard to find part was "Available". After paying and placing the order they came back asking for an additional $350 in shipping while revealing that the part was not actually in-stock. They stated in an email that they would still have to place their order with a 3rd party dealer and wait for that dealer to receive the part from the manufacture before they could ship it to us. When questioned as to why they said the part was available, I was told that "available" just means they part is "available to order" not that they actually have the part ready to ship.

Beware of this company! They send you the wrong items and charge you 20% restocking fee. Plus the hassle of the shipping cost etc. The item drawing description clearly wasn’t the item that was received.

Sent wrong item. Website said would fit my truck. Would not change part for correct part. Refund denied, replacement denied. Find another place to buy your parts.

Found the part I needed at a vary reasonable price and did not get gouged on shipping and handling.
