Bought a frozen themed bed for our toddler from a third party. Due to a minor issue I made contact with Moose Toys knowing I would be diverted their direction anyway from third party. I was very impressed with the professionalism from the customer service team doing their best to help us out. The manager in the warehouse managed to find us the spare part and we received it with in two working days. Couldn’t thank both the customer service team and the warehouse manager I feel like we have become best friends and I know I’ll have a very happy toddler. Thanks again.

The best customer service department I have had the pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with a toy so made contact with Moosetoys. They were very professional in gathering all the information required to deal with the problem.
