Moo Moo keeps raising prices by $4 with no extra services. Their wash with under coat is now $16!!! When I started going there it was $8. I know prices go up but $4 each time??? Bye👋 Moo Moo I will take my business elsewhere

The platform runs massive advertising and marketing campaigns worldwide, including in my country, claiming that its commissions are free. But they forget—or intentionally fail—to mention that they are only free if you are a US resident. For any account outside the United States, you end up paying approximately 10% to 12% in fees for each trade, both when entering and exiting a position, which is absurdly high. This is a real disgrace, especially since they already profit from our orders, as they don’t send them directly to the market but instead sell them to market makers. Shame on you, Moomoo. I’m leaving and never coming back!

Fiddly difficult and requires over $500, cancellation of account is a whole process and waiting for my money back.

Moomoo’s customer service is completely unreliable and the worst. They sound polite, but deny everything with no apology or accountability when issues arise. Months ago, I decided to transfer all my stocks to Robinhood and only use Moomoo for ETF trading. After initiating the transfer, I contacted customer service to request the transfer fee statement (around $75) so I could get reimbursed. Instead of providing the statement, the representative insisted there would be NO fee because my transfer was done stock-by-stock—which was only required because their system does not allow transferring everything at once, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Based on that information, I did not pursue reimbursement. Months later, I discovered I was in fact charged $75. I contacted Moomoo again—not to request a refund—but to report the incorrect information so they could improve training. Instead, they dismissed my complaint, saying there was no proof and it was not valid. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did your customer service provide incorrect financial information, but when I reported the issue, there was no apology and no acknowledgment. Instead, I was simply told there was “no proof,” and my complaint was dismissed. I strongly warn others: do not rely on their customer service. Verify everything yourself. As for me, instead of keeping Moomoo for ETF trading as planned, I will be closing my account completely.

Extremely disappointing, I have provided numerous proof about my sign up through KOL link, they still refuse to pay my $100.00 reward. They refuse to make it right, be careful, been fighting this for last 2 months, everyone gives you a different answer. A big red flag!!

Tried few times to withdraw funds linking bank account, but unsuccessful… thankfully don’t have much invested through them. hopefully I can recover my funds from them.
