Moomoo doesn't seem to allow withdrawal of funds....not user friendly!

I’m still very new at this and really don’t know what I am doing 1/2 the time but Moomoo has been very helpful while learning... looking forward to learning more as we move forward.

Positive: it is very complete & thorough platform... Negative: Complicated... Simplicity & straight to the point platform is way better... & can't understand the speaker... Way too many rewards, tasks etc, etc...

Moomoo has good charting tools; it is easy and quick to execute buy and sell orders; the fees are competitive; it uses Chess; it pays interest to my idle fund; Moomoo AI is very helpful for checking my analysis; the Trade Overview is also very useful to know the buying and selling pressure of the day.

Nice interface. A great improvement over the bank (NAB) service I've used for decades. It's clearly been developed from the ground up to be a modern coherent offering rather than a patchwork of bits stuck together. One consequence is that I have had no requirement to contact MooMoo's customer support. It works.

Hi there Been disappointed about limited penny stock trading and 24 hour trade.. Firstly, the penny stock has usually limited or not permitted to trade... Any future solutions? Secondly, even major stocks couldn't trade over night and pre/market... Any reasons why it has been happening?

The trading site is very frustrating to use. Other brokers show the balance available when in the buy screen, but not Moomoo. In fact it is extremely difficult to find that information. Withdrawing funds is also very difficult as links that should appear, according to the help information, do not. In fact, I have numerous instances where the guidance given in the support pages does not tally with what actually happens on screen. I want Moomoo to succeed because it is a good alternative to Stake, but a lot of things need improving.

Absolutely the worst, most corrupt banking experience ever! And that's saying a lot about an industry that loves to obfuscate and confuse. Their promotions are outright lies. "6% cash back" doesn't actually apply to the funds you put in, only the cash, and only if it's between $5000 - $9999. left for 30 days... and 6% annual rate is only given prorated for a month... Customer service will tell you that it's automotic if the money is in the account and you won't find out until you left it there for the 30 days that you have to "activate" the start of the 30 days so it didn't count yet, etc, etc, ...no one will give you a straight answer. Horribly unethical place. Save yourself the trouble.
