Am trying to log in my account in a new phone don't let me in.

The web access is severely crippled, I spent 4hrs with their helpdesk of which they kept directing me to the mobile app, even then they couldn't walk me to where my bonus % was, it's worthless. The only way you can trade is with the mobile app of which the layout has some serious challenges, you really need to get a UI expert and redesign it. An experienced investor wont tolerate these limitations. I tried it for two months, I pulled all of my money out and keep using Tradier and Fidelity. Should you try it? sure, grab their bonus % and free stock. Maybe in a year or two when they have their act together I will take a look at it again.

It's well laid out, great charting lots of information available at your fingertips

Site is difficult to find various items such as existing orders balance etc. Home page is too cluttered to satisfy most peoples likes.

The interface is not friendly. Specifically, the desktop computer interface.
