Sorry, because of Covid19, there are some problems with transportation We are contacting the courier company to ship your package as soon as possible. Please give us some more time.
I've ordered a lamp in OCTOBER. Still haven't received anything. They are nothing more than a company of thieves. They will take your money and be gone. DON'T BUY from this miserable bunch.

I bought 3 pendant lamps from Mooielight and they have provided 5 star service throughout. We bought replicas of more expensive lights. The lights are fine but the quality is of course not at the same level as the proper product. I would highly recommend them for their responsiveness and overall great customer service.

Product is not a high quality product. We have not received our entire order but what we did receive is very low quality. One piece we received doesn’t even work properly. Reached out to Mooielight but they refuse to stand by their own policy of “free and easy returns (so there is no risk in buying)” or “ 100% money backed guarantee: love your items and receive a full refund”. Both statements pulled directly from policies on their website. Nothing has been easy or free. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY. Even on the broken piece they refuse to send a return tag. Update: Thank you Mooie loght for proving my point and only sharing part of our chat. What part of the customer having to go to the USPS to get a quote and “negotiate” is a “Free and Easy” return? The last thing I am going to do is sink more money into this process. And yes you do have a quality issue. The glass is super thin and fragile for pieces that need to be screwed on I do not trust that they won’t break immediately. There are other things like plastic grommets which do not fit properly which bring down the quality of the pieces. I am still waiting on my “free and easy return”.

We reiterate our return and exchange rights Generally, there are two reasons for return: If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services. If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange. Our lights do not have any quality problems, and there is no shipping damage. We also agree to pay the shipping cost of the return. We ask the customer to contact the US post office to inquire about the shipping cost, because we do not cooperate with the US Post. Customers want to return the goods, and they are not even willing to inquire about the shipping cost.
