Would love to rate it higher but purchased a package from them of multiple albums, and received no links to them online. When I emailed about it, they promptly responded and sent me the links, which was fantastic…..although…..upon downloading, only one of the links worked. When I emailed them back for assistance, they never contacted me again. It’s been weeks now and still no reply, and still no product. Feeling scammed.

Greetings! Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced purchasing from us; we've had an unusual number of downloads this holiday season which has really complicated things for us. If you reach out to our support email one more time we can figure out a method of delivery! My apologies again for the trouble, we don't want anyone to feel scammed doing business with us. Take care and happy holidays :)
