We have been using Monto for over a year now and I can honestly say it has been one of the best software decisions we have made for our business. What really stands out is their support. Recently I accidentally deleted all of my subscriptions. Completely my mistake. I reached out to their team expecting a long back and forth or being told it could not be fixed. Instead, their in house developer stepped in and restored everything properly. No drama. No excuses. Just problem solved. That level of accountability is rare. A lot of companies sell you the software but disappear when something breaks. Monto does the opposite. When there is an issue, they take ownership and actually fix it. From a functionality perspective, the platform works smoothly for what we need. But support is what separates good companies from great ones. Knowing that if something goes wrong, there is a capable team behind it gives real peace of mind. I genuinely appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. If you are running subscriptions and want a platform backed by people who actually care, Monto has been excellent in our experience.
