Great customer service.

Not happy with service. Couch is only two years old and paid thousands of dollars and now told I have to take off cover and fluff the filling. Seriously! Never ever had to do that with any other stuffed furniture I bought. This is inacceptable

She asked several pertinent questions to find me exactly what I needed. I definitely will consider Montgomerys on my next shopping trip for furniture, office and home.
