I’ve purchased wooden animals, a doll with a bottle and diaper kit, an Advent Calendar and a baby comfort toy. All the toys are well made and are still being enjoyed. Prices are a bit higher than other toys but it’s worth it for the quality and longevity. Delivery can be slow and I had to follow up twice on one item but Montessori responded quickly and tracked down my item.

Ordered two items over 2 wks ago and still waiting for them. Probably not a good look to ask for a positive review via email before items are received…in fact, my app still shows “preparing shipment.” Likely will not order from this shop again despite being drawn to their products.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with online ordering. First of all it should've been a red flag when I was unable to locate a phone number. You have to email the company and the response times for a response is 1-2 days. I ordered nov 20th, by December 1st I emailed asking for a cancelation because the items had not yet shipped. I waited 2 days for a response and I only got a response AFTER I sent an email that I had disputed the charge wirh my credit card company. They then sent a tracking for 2 of the items and it says they should arrive before December 25th. What?? From November 20th? There's no way to get any info from these people at all.. I dont advise ordering. I will update if and when my items arrive, but now reading other reviews I don't expect the quality to be there. TARGET sells essentially the same thing but I was trying to support small businesses. Actually I have since found other toys for less money. This has been a nightmare

I ordered several toys for Xmas gifts. One toy, the Montessori flexibility track and cars. The box arrived in a flimsy mailing envelope and as a result arrived crushed on both ends. Not suitable for giving as a gift. Despite photos and several emails back and forth they were unwilling to replace the item. Now I have to go and purchase another box to put the gift In so my grandson will have a nice looking gift and a place to store it that’s sturdy. I expected better service!

As a grandmother I always use Montessori aid in choosing my gifts. They are knowledgeable and are aware of the different age brackets that are important in choosing these gifts. Both the children and their parents look forward to these gifts as they know they are appropriate as well as quality effective.

I bought the Christmas tree for my grandkids to decorate. It’s folded for shipping. Because of that, the tree doesn’t lay flat, it’s bent inward and the trunk of it is bent up. They can’t play with it like that. I sent the company an email. They responded by telling me to iron the tree to make it lay flat. That did not work, so I sent another email that I would like to return it for a refund. I have not received a response. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks.

My grandchild has loved every gift I have ever bought him from Montessori Generation! Most recently, I got him the felt Christmas tree. As soon as they got home, he wanted to put it on the wall and start putting the ornaments, etc on the tree! He is almost 2.
